What is your turnaround time?We guarantee real estate photos next-day by noon. We provide next-day turnaround on photos, 3D Matterport virtual tours, and dedicated property websites. We do our best to deliver videos as fast as possible - our standard turnaround is 2-3 business days for video, though we can rush delivery when requested.
Are you guys licensed and insured?Our business and team is licensed and insured. Our pilots are licensed with FAA Part 107 certifications. You can trust our team to be professional and respectful on every shoot.
How do I book services? What's the easiest way?To book an order, simply visit the link below and fill out a form to book a professional package or individual service: We will follow up with you same-day with a booking confirmation via text, phone, and/or email. You are welcome to contact directly your account manager for booking a shoot, though we still require the form to make sure the details and information is correct for the booking to be created. If you aren't currently set up with an account manager, let us know and we'll connect you to yours.
What is the cancellation or postponement policy?We understand schedules can be hectic and weather can be unpredictable. We understand neither of us can control the weather, so we try our best to be as accommodating as possible if notice is given that we want to push out the shoot. If your staging or property is delayed, please give us notice well ahead of time. We required minimum 24 hour notice to reschedule at no charge. We always try to accommodate - however, if our team is not notified and we show up and the house is not ready to shoot, we charge the 25% deposit as a cancellation or postponement fee.
Why your photos and videos?Your photos are all taken by our in-house photography team whom are vetted and highly-trained to produce consistent results. We have a dedicated photo editing team whom will produce the highest-quality photos through a 15-point QA photo process. You will receive your beautifully, edited photos for you next-day by noon. Your videos are all produced by our in-house videography team and drone pilots. This team is vetted and highly-trained to consistently produce the best video for your investment. We are always innovating on new ways of shooting and editing so your videos are fresh when shared online and posted on social media. New Vision videos produced for you will now appear on Zillow. Listings with video are given approximately a 2x boost on exposure in search results. Here's a quote from Zillow. “Listings with video walkthroughs are given a boost in Zillow's search algorithm, resulting in more views and saves on average. Search order is largely based on personalization and user behavior, but the only way as an agent to influence your listing’s ranking is by adding a video. In addition, every time a video is uploaded to Zillow an email notification is sent to potentially hundreds of buyers – anyone with a saved search in that area.
